PTFE bactericidal high efficiency bubble point membrane is a compact, smooth and porous film made of special technology through mechanical biaxially stretching. When the pore size of the membrane is formed into 0.2-0.5UM, the bacteria and blood can be isolated. The main principle of the membrane is to control the pore size of the membrane. The higher the bubble point, the smaller the aperture of the membrane. The smaller the bubble point, the bigger the aperture of the membrane. This product is widely used in the filtration of pharmaceutical, food, biological engineering and other industries.


1. Main characteristics:

The hydrophobicity of PVDF membrane is 375% higher than that of ordinary polyvinylidene fluoride (two) membrane.

It is resistant to impact, anti pressure and repeated steam sterilization.

When used for gas filtration, 100% kinds of bacteriophages, bacteria and particles with a retention of more than 0.02 M are used.

It is composed of two kinds of materials, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PP). The unbonded material is free from shedding. It is clean and stable. It is suitable for the standard and strict pharmaceutical industry.

Aseptic storage tank exhaust.

Solvent removal bacteria filtration: butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, esters, acetone, two sulfoxide, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and other alcohols.

Compressed air sterilization filtration: air, nitrogen, bioreactor feed.
